Dan Kwan & Daniel Scheinert A.Ş.’nin paralel evrenler temalı kafa açan filmi Everything Everywhere All At Once, hem En İyi Film hem de En İyi Yardımcı Oyuncu adaylıklarını ödüle çevirerek gecenin en kazançlı yapımı oldu. The Banshees of Inisherin, Athena, Decision to Leave gibi güçlü yapımlarla yarışan Audrey Diwan imzalı Happening -ya da orijinal adıyla L’événement– En İyi Uluslararası Film kategorisinde ödüle ulaşan yapım oldu. Todd Field‘ın 16 sene sonra kamera arkasına geçtiği Cate Blanchett‘li TÁR ise törenden En İyi Senaryo ödülü ile döndü.

Televizyon tarafında ise En İyi Çıkış Yapan Dizi ödüllerini Apple TV+‘ın Pachinko‘su ve Netflix‘in Mo‘su kaparken Yeni Bir Dizide En İyi Performansa Sahip Oyuncu ödülünü This Is Going To Hurt ile Ben Wishaw kazandı.
